New England Senior Slam Tournaments for 2017

There are a number of changes in the NE Senior Slam tournaments for 2017:

1.      Because of serious health issues, Todd Nicholson will not be able to be the tournament director for the Hard Court Senior Slam at Yale.  We wish Todd well in his fight to get well again.  In his place, Matt Fraenza will be taking over as tournament director at Yale.  Matt helped out Todd in past tournaments and will do a great job in Todd’s absence.

2.      The Clay Slam which in the past has been split between Concord CC and Beverly G&T will be at the Concord CC on two separate dates.  Beverly G&T opted to bow out for this year.

The links to all the NE Senior Slam tournaments are below.  Note that the Clay Slam events have been shuffled a bit to possibly get more participation.

3.     Steve Gulla of Gulla Design and a great Senior Slam player has come up with a logo for the NE Senior Slams.  These can be used for shirts and other items.  It is shown below with different colors as it can change depending on the surface although the green color is considered to be the main logo.  Note the seam on the ball indicates an S for Slams.
